The brief was one system to run every property: hotels and rooms, bookings and check-ins, services, invoices and finance, leads, staff roles and payouts to hotels, with a live dashboard across all of them.
Every property has its own rooms, bookings, check-ins and dues to collect before guests leave. On top of that, the platform has to track its own commission and GST and release the right payout to each hotel. All of it had to come out of one set of numbers.
